No returns. No cancellations. Exchanges only on damaged items .
Since each Noteable Paper Planner is made to order, our current policy only allows for exchanges on damaged goods . We do not offer cancellations or changes on orders. Processing times our the best estimate on when your planner will be ready but this can be delayed during peak seasons or sale periods. Delays in processing are not causes for cancellations.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange by emailing us at customerservice@noteablepaperco.com with your order number and images documenting the damage to your planner.
Variations can occur during the printing process. These characteristics do not affect the usability of your Noteable Paper Planner and are not considered damaged. Printing is more of an art than a science and these unpreventable and minor variations lend themselves to the personality of each unique product.
